He works directly with clients and their teams and organizations to help them better understand themselves and how to engage with each other optimally.
Marc works with teams to help them develop and articulate their vision, goals and objectives and to develop actionable strategic plans focused on delivering tangible value.
He helps individuals with career planning and transition to help align their job strategies with their aptitudes, behaviors, drivers, knowledge and skills.

Marc Andonian, PhD., Managing Partner, Meaningful Metrics
Marc has been a strategic advisor and executive coach to almost 100 companies and over 125 senior executives over the last seventeen years as VP, Executive Partner at Gartner Executive Programs. During that time, his average tenure with his clients was almost eight years. Gartner is the world's largest and premier technology and business advisory services firm.
Before joining Gartner, Marc was a VP/Divisional CIO, and VP of Product Development for CIGNA, the nation's third-largest health and disability insurance services company. During his time at CIGNA, he led IT teams responsible for corporate IT as well as several operating companies, and was on the executive leadership team for a captive start-up that grew to $350 million in premium equivalent business in two years.
Prior to Marc's work at CIGNA, he worked as Director of Analytic Consulting for a managed healthcare start-up that grew to become a NASDAQ 100 firm where he lead the firm's data analysis and consulting services in the development and management of the nation's largest non-insurance based PPO and managed care organization. This firm is now a subsidiary of CVS/Aetna.
Marc has a PhD in exercise physiology and gerontology, a masters degree in Health Education, Measurement & Evaluation, and a bachelors degree in biology. He also have a graduate certificate in bioethics. During and after graduate school, Marc was a university instructor/adjunct professor and researcher. He is a published research scientist and author with articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals, technology trade publications and various health and wellness publications.
Marc uses his thirty-five plus years of business, technology and scientific experience across a variety of industries to help clients deliver tangible business value, and to develop as high-performing individuals and teams.
Marc specializing in helping clients develop a healthy, productive and balanced lives and to achieve their most important goals. He is certified in coaching, assessment, and other disciplines and can help clients understand their behavioral and communications preferences, motivators and driving forces, emotional intelligence, acumen, soft skills and personal brand perceptions.
